In an unpredictable and rare public press appearance, Mr. Mueller reiterated portions of his nearly 400-page long report about the Russia investigation, including the fact that the Mueller team’s discoveries, did not exonerate the President Trump.
However, In usual Trump fashion, the president responded to Mueller’s public statement, Trump wrote on Twitter that “nothing changes from the Mueller Report.”
“There was insufficient evidence and therefore, in our Country, a person is innocent. The case is closed! Thank you,” Trump wrote.

In his predictable morning tweet Thursday, President Trump appeared to acknowledge that Russia assisted him win the 2016 presidency, asserting that the Russian Government has since “disappeared” because he had nothing to do with their endeavor to place him in the office of the Presidency. This is a claim that Trump has repeatedly denied despite his own intelligence chiefs and Mr. Mueller’s Report concluding otherwise. (Loren)
