“New Orleans I love you and Thank You!! Let’s celebrate once again!!” wrote hip hop artist extraordinaire Lil Wayne in a Tweet, announcing the third annual Lil Weezyana festival on Aug. 25. The announcement promises “special guests to be announced.”
Well, four of those special guests are Gucci Mane, Youngboy Never Broke Again, Rich the Kid and Kodie Shane.
