Bruno Mars is urging the NFL to book a hip-hop artist for the 2019 Super Bowl in Atlanta!

The 2018 Super Bowl is old news — we’re on to 2019, and Bruno Mars is already pitching names for the halftime show!

Mars took to Twitter Monday to remind the NFL that its 2019 location — Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz stadium — would be an excellent showcase for the city’s own born-and-raised stars: “You have the opportunity to celebrate incredible hip hop artist[s] from Atlanta next year,” he wrote.

Just in case the commissioners are unaware of their options, Mars continued, “Outkast. T.I. Gucci, Lil Jon, Jeezy, Jermaine Dupri just to name a few. It would be the best party TV has ever seen!”

Mars himself headlined the 2014 Super Bowl halftime show, and this time around, he’d be happy to help put together the whole performance — for a hefty price, of course. “Sh*t I just want help curate that show, and I’ll only charge like a billion,” he wrote with a laughing emoji.

Seriously though — “All jokes aside, please let’s make that happen,” he said. (Jennifer Kline)
